Well, there's more! Our dataGuys need to be organized, able to keep track of multiple accounts and appointments. They need to follow up quickly when opportunities arise, because those opportunties can disappear just as quckly.

Ideally, our dataGuys would have some training or experience in performing basic maintenance functions on Windows computers. But that's no biggie; we can teach that. What we can't teach is the personality. The integrity. The self-motivation. That's the stuff that you need to bring with you.

Oh, and we need people who can handle success. We need people who remain focused even when the money is starting to flow, and they feel like things are gettng easy.
